The BSH 1,800 o2 is a bright, large, and comfortable three to four bedroom, 1,800 square foot, home.
The BSH 1,800 o2 features an expansive living room which is open to the dining room and generously sized kitchen. Two bedrooms with a shared bath are below the living room, and a generously sized master bedroom suite (or two bedroom suite) sits behind the kitchen.
Since the BSH 1,800 o2, like all other Blue Sky Home models, features no interior walls are load bearing walls, the design is easily customized to suite each families needs. In addition, like all Blue Sky Home models, the BSH 1,800 o2 can easily be elevate allowing for parking and storage, or additional rooms below the main level. Pricing:
Pricing for our turnkey, site-engineered, custom, high-performance Blue Sky Homes ranges from $220 to $320 per square foot. Your actually price will be based upon a number of factors, including location, size of the house, site topography, your choice of materials and finishes, and other variables.
Our pricing includes full architectural plans, engineering, all construction labor, and full project management of your home’s construction. Not included in this price range are site-specific items such as site earthwork, utility hookups and local fees.
When comparing these costs with other custom home options please consider that these prices include the home’s footings, and that prices don’t vary significantly if the home is built on steeply inclined land. This feature can make Blue Sky Homes a considerably less expensive alternative than traditional slab-on grade homes in some scenarios.
For people who are looking to build their own home themselves, or people who are located outside of California and Hawaii, Blue Sky Homes can provide architectural plans and construction materials only.
