Pricing for our turnkey, site-engineered, custom, high-performance Blue Sky Homes ranges from $220 to $320 per square foot. Your actually price will be based upon a number of factors, including location, size of the house, site topography, your choice of materials and finishes, and other variables.
Our pricing includes full architectural plans, engineering, all construction labor, and full project management of your home’s construction. Not included in this price range are site-specific items such as site earthwork, utility hookups and local fees.
When comparing these costs with other custom home options please consider that these prices include the home’s footings, and that prices don’t vary significantly if the home is built on steeply inclined land. This feature can make Blue Sky Homes a considerably less expensive alternative than traditional slab-on grade homes in some scenarios.
